SPORTS DAY

Praise the Lord! He answered our prayers in regards to the kind of day we had. We had a lot of fun and He encouarged us in our fellowship through sports. And praise God for holding back the rain. Going into Saturday, the forecast given on Friday was for 90% chance of rain, but the rain was nowhere to be found. Our God is a God who is so faithful!

Congratulations to everyone who played hard and left everything on the field. But big congratulations are in order for Hunter College, this year's Sports Day Champions and the recipients of the Bright Cup. Finally, congrats to Queens College and SVA our 2009 Spirit Award winners.

Special thanks to all the referees, staff, STINTers and volunteers who made Sports Day possible. And thanks again to everyone who made it out to make Sports Day another special occasion.
